Refund Policy – RBB Glow Essentials

Thank you for shopping with RBB Glow Essentials. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't right, we’re here to help.

🛍️ Returns

Due to the nature of our beauty and personal care products, we do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with for hygiene and safety reasons.

You may return unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

To request a return, please contact our customer support at muhammadzaid91075@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on the following:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

  • Products returned after 7 days

📦 Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
